At Wild Sage Esthetics, I do not offer refunds on any services. However, your satisfaction is very important to me. If you experience any issues with your service, I offer a complimentary fix within 5 days of your original appointment. After 5 days, any adjustments will be considered a new service and charged accordingly. Thank you for understanding and respecting my policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation Policy I completely understand that life happens and sometimes schedules need to change. All I ask is that you give me at least 12 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • If it’s less than 12 hours, a 50% fee of your scheduled service will apply. • If it’s a no-call/no-show, the full 100% of your service will be charged.
